Built in 2004 we are a modern motel and serviced apartment complex in the heart of Temuka, South Canterbury. New owner, Richard Sansbury, took over the business in late 2017 and strives to maintain longstanding relationships and create new ones.

Richard has spent many years in the motel and tourism industry both here in New Zealand in Akaroa and Hamner Springs and in Zimbabwe in Africa where he ran a significant Game and Preservation Ranch. Richard’s hardworking, honest, and friendly attitude make him a delightful host and he loves to share his experiences and knowledge of the region.
